Ferrarini makes an encore of awards with Prosciutto cotto and Mortadella with pistachios

Awards of excellence for Big Storico from the Salumi d'Italia Guide and for Mortadella Italica from the Luxury Food&Beverage Quality Awards

Two prestigious recognitions in one week for Ferrarini, consolidating the appreciation of the Emilian brand's products by the market and the sector.
Last Monday 28 October, in fact, Ferrarini's Big Storico cooked ham was awarded ‘Excellence five pins’, the highest recognition assigned by the Guida Salumi d'Italia 2025, the historic Italian guide entirely dedicated to the pork butchery sector, directed by Sabatino Sorrentino.

On Monday 4 November, on the other hand, Mortadella Italica was awarded ‘Best Mortadella with Pistachio’ at the third edition of the Luxury Food&Beverage Quality Awards. The prize was awarded based on the opinion of an exceptional jury, chaired by Tommaso Farina and composed of fourteen great chefs such as Enrico Cerea of Ristorante Da Vittorio and Gennaro Esposito of La Torre del Saracino.
