Culatello di Zibello is still growing on the pre-sliced side

Half of the production now goes to trays

Half of the production of Culatello di Zibello DOP is destined for pre-sliced meat, with a constant growth that in October reached 50.3% of the total. This is the announcement made by the Consorzio di Tutela del Culatello di Zibello, which is preparing to host the third stage of ‘November Porc’, the travelling event dedicated to the pig organised by the Strada del Culatello, at its home in Zibello.
