With the European project GUSTO, which involves the Consortium of Prosciutto Toscano DOP together with three other excellent food products from the Tuscan region
Prosciutto Toscano DOP will be the star - together with Pecorino Toscano DOP, Finocchiona IGP and Olio Toscano IGP - of Restaurant Week, a week dedicated to the gastronomic excellence of the Tuscan Region.
After the success of the first edition in Berlin, the second edition of Restaurant Week will take place in Hamburg, from 4 to 10 November 2024, where the restaurants participating in the initiative will create ad hoc menus with the four products. The initiative aims to promote awareness of PDO and PGI denominations through these excellences, including Prosciutto Toscano PDO.
