The event will take place in Verona on 10 June 2026, for the first edition of BoviDay - Beef Day (www.boviday.it) - organised by Expo Consulting srl.
The beef sector in Italy is an important part of the national economy and food culture and is currently facing decisive challenges due to rising production costs, international competition, new sustainability requirements and changes in consumption.
BoviDay - Beef Day was also created in response to a specific request from operators and will bring together the entire production chain in front of a rich panel of speakers who will address issues related to price trends, the opportunities offered by the new CAP that is about to come into force, meat quality and safety, new international challenges, the relationship between production, the environment and consumers, and the importance of local production in safeguarding biodiversity, with a constant eye on the future of Italian beef cattle farming (see the programme).
