Vitellone Bianco dell’Appennino Centrale PGI: certified quality beef makes an appearance at the BBQ Expo

A new chapter for the Consortium for the Protection of Vitellone Bianco dell’Appennino Centrale PGI, which will be attending this year’s BBQ Expo – Butcher Show. From Saturday 11 to Monday 14 April, at the Fiere di Parma exhibition centre, an event combining an international outlook with a passion for barbecuing will take centre stage. Among the highlights will be the Vitellone Bianco dell’Appennino Centrale IGP, which, together with the Marche-based company Clementi srl – manufacturers of ovens and barbecues since 1975 (https://clementicompany.com) – will host cooking demonstrations designed to highlight the authentic flavours of this certified quality meat.

“It is of particular importance to us to take part in BBQ Expo/Butcher Show,” comments Andrea Petrini (pictured), director of the Vitellone Bianco dell’Appennino Centrale IGP Protection Consortium. “The world of barbecuing is constantly evolving and, today, represents a culture and a reality that attracts countless enthusiasts and professionals. For this reason, we believe it is important to raise awareness at these events about the consumption of quality, certified meat from our region. This year, thanks to our collaboration with Clementi srl, we will be offering cooking demonstrations and experiences designed to showcase the flavours of our certified meat and, above all, to highlight – in an enjoyable way – the true value of the quality of Vitellone Bianco dell’Appennino Centrale IGP.”
